We also offer an open vendor policy, giving you the flexibility to bring in your favorite vendors.

Requirements: A signed contract/rental agreement, a non-refundable $300 retainer to reserve your event date for Weekend and Full Day Rentals, a non-refundable $100 retainer for Weekday Rentals (excluded Holidays). The retainer will be deducted from your total payment amount. A refundable incidentals/damage deposit of $200 will be due 3 days prior to your event date.
