Complete the Contact Us form. One of our coordinators will reach out to you within 3 business days to discuss your event.
Reserve Your Date
After finalizing the details of your event you will sign your Rental Agreement, upload identification, and pay the retainer to reserve your date. The remaining package balance is due 30 days before your event date. and the incidentals/ damage deposit is due 3 days before your event date.

What is included in the venue rental?
Access to the venue during the timeframe listed in your Rental Agreement with tables and Chiavari chairs.
Can I schedule a tour of the venue?
We are available for tours by appointment only. To schedule a tour, please email (info@creativevisionsevents.com) or call (502.977.2080) to let us know the best date and time for you to visit.
How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Please refer to the PRICING tab at the top of the page.
Do you require a incidentals/ damage deposit?
Yes, the $200 Incidentals/Damage Deposit is due 3 days prior to your event date and is provided in case of any damage or missing items. Should the premises and/or decor be left in good condition, the deposit will be returned in full within 3 business days.
Do I need to sign a contract to guarantee my date?
Creative Visions Events requires a signed Rental Agreement, a State Issued Driver's License or I.D., and a non-refundable retainer fee (that is deducted from your balance) to secure your date. All Rental Agreements are sent electronically for the Client to review, complete, and sign. A paper copy is available upon request.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are available and can be structured into weekly, bi-weekly, twice a month, or monthly payments. The final balance of your package is due thirty (30) days prior to your event. The Incidentals/Damage Deposit is due three (3) days prior to your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your event for an available date within a year.
Do you charge tax?
A 6% sales tax will be added on to your total cost.
How far in advance should i book?
As early as possible! We book up to 12 months in advance. Booking early allows you to create a more affordable payment plan and limit stress closer to your event date.
How long do i have access to the venue on the day of my event?
You will have access to the venue during the timeframe listed in your Rental Agreement.
Does my event have to end at a certain time?
All events must end by 1:00 AM, with breakdown from 1:00 AM- 2:00 AM.
Do you offer clean-up service?
Yes. Please reach out to us to discuss pricing..
What items are prohibited?
Client may not use nails, tacks, screws, tape, glue, or any other fastener or adhesives on walls, floors, ceilings, or any other surface inside or outside the facility. You may not hang items on the wall or from the ceiling.
Client may not have open flames. All candles must be enclosed within glass. You may not use cold spark machines, fireworks, or sparklers inside or outside the facility.
Client may not use rice, confetti, glitter, or anything of that nature inside or outside the facility.
Do you allow smoking?
Creative Visions Events is a smoke-free facility. As per Louisville Metro code, smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors and within 15 feet of the entrances to the facility.
